Women are considered the real power to build societies, as they are half of society, and it is their responsibility to raise generations، as human history testifies to the recording of great names with their giving and achievement in various scientific, social and humanitarian disciplines. Because of the importance of women in our lives, society must give them special care, whether at home or within the community structure to which they belong, so that they contribute to the image that brings about a transformation in the public scene, as well as providing them with support to take charge of bringing about change themselves, and this explains the interest of the press at all levels. Women's issues and topics through various journalistic arts، including news, articles، investigations, interviews, and even press photos. Therefore,knowing the order of priorities for women's issues has become one of the main tasks to stand up to in order to know the agenda of the medium and the public around it. This study is looking at measuring the levels of the effect of prioritizing women's issues in the Iraqi electronic newspapers' websites on the cognitive level of Iraqi university female teachers. The questionnaire، which included four axes to measure the effect of arranging women's issues in different locations Iraqi electronic newspapers at the cognitive level of university teachers, as the first axis represents demographic characteristics,the second is exposure to the websites of Iraqi newspapers, and the third axis, which includes women's issues in the websites of newspapers, as well as the fourth axis, which represents the effect of prioritizing women's issues. And analytical to reach the objectives of the research, as the problem of this research revolves around a major question that says (What is the effect of arranging women’s issues in the Iraqi newspapers’ websites on the cognitive level of university female teachers, Baghdad University female teachers?) In its theoretical construction، the study relied on the hypotheses that came out of the prioritization theory (agenda)، and the research reached several results, the most important of which are: 1.Women's issues (social issues، political issues and security issues) topped the first three ranks in order of their priorities from the websites of Iraqi newspapers. 2.The study showed the presence of common interests at a hierarchical level in the websites of the Iraqi newspapers among the respondents، as the issue of (violating women's rights) came as a first priority in social issues،then the issue of (women's participation in elections) came as a second priority in political issues, and the issue of (increase in crime rates of all kinds A third priority in security issues. 3.The qualitative analytical survey of the hierarchy of women's issues and topics on the websites of Iraqi newspapers showed that they were affected by the media policy of these newspapers in the eyes of Iraqi women.
