The new bidentate Schiff base ligand namely [(E)-N1-(4-methoxy benzylidene) benzene-1, 2-diamine] was prepared from condensation of 4-Methoxy benzaldehyde with O-Phenylene diamine at 1:1 molar ratio in ethanol as a solvent in presence of drops of 48% HBr. Reaction of  p-fluoro benzoic acid with the thiosemicarbazide and salcialdehyde gave the new bidentate ligand .The prepared ligand Identified by FT-I.R and U.V-Visible spectcopic technique .Treatment of the prepared   ligand   with following metal ions  M=Tb(III),Eu(III),Nd(III) and La(III) ,in ethanol with a (1:1) M:L ratio and at pH=7 yielded series of neutral complexes as the general formula  [M LCl (H O ].  The aim of this study was to provide an overall assessment to the efficiency of the Iraq stocks exchanges (ISE) through specifying well –known models .First, Fama's efficient market hypothesis as a contrary concept to the random walk hypothesis, was performed and it has been found that ISE follows the random process, so the price of the shares can't be predicated on the basis of past information. Second,we use a multifactor model, which so named multiple regression, to explore the link between ISE  and the main economic indicators. our empirical analysis finds that every weak associations exists between major ISE measures and main economic indicators.

In this paper, we deal with a dynamical system that can demonstrate a chaotic attractor of Rossleroscillator. We simulate the Rosslerequations numerically then we investigate the model experimentally. Numerically, the Rossler parameter a and b were fixed and c was changed.The evolution of the system exhibits period, period-doubling, second period doubling, and chaos when control parameters are changed. This evolution can be seen by analyze the time series, the bifurcation diagrams and phase space.
