The aim: To examine the efficiency of different concentrations of Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and glycerol as a cytoprotectants in protection of human sperms during cryopres¬ervation in this technique. Materials and methods: Thirty oligozoospermic semen samples were used in this study. Samples diagnosed according to WHO 2010 criteria. Sheep’s ovarian follicles obtained from local slaughterhouse and prepared by slicing the ovaries and evacuating the follicular fluid and oocyte. Each semen sample divided into six equal parts, and diluted 1:1 with cryosolution contains 5%, 10%, 15% DMSO or glycerol and injected within the emptied follicles. Pixel base techniques are one of the modern spatially optimized modeling techniques of deterministic and probabilistic bases that imply mean, index, and residual. This paper introduces adaptive pixel-based coding techniques for the probabilistic part of a lossy scheme by incorporating the MMSA of the C321 base along with the utilization of the deterministic part losslessly. The tested results achieved higher size reduction performance compared to the traditional pixel-based techniques and the standard JPEG by about 40% and 50%,

INFLUENCE OF SOME FACTOR ON SOMATIC EMBRYOS INDUCTION AND GERMINATION OF DATE PALM BARHI C.V BY USING CELL SUSPENSION CULTURE TECHNIQUE

The goal of this investigation is to prepare zinc oxide (ZnO) nano-thin films by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique through Q-switching double frequency Nd:YAG laser (532 nm) wavelength, pulse frequency 6 Hz, and 300 mJ energy under vacuum conditions (10-3 torr) at room temperature. (ZnO) nano-thin films were deposited on glass substrates with different thickness of 300, 600 and 900 nm. ZnO films, were then annealed in air at a temperature of 500 °C for one hour.
