من أجل الإجابة على التساؤل المتعلق بمشكلة البحث وهو؛ ماهي الصعوبات التي تواجه المدرسين باستخدام أساليب التدريس الحديثة بدرس التربية الرياضية للمرحلة المتوسطة؟ والعمل على إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لهذه الصعوبات. استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي على عينة من مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية في محافظة ديالى في المدارس المتوسطة والبالغ عددهم (81) مدرساً ومدرسة، وبعد إعداد الاستبانة الخاصة بالبحث وتوزيعها وجمع بياناتها ومعالجتها إحصائياً باستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) لإيجاد الوسط المرجح والوزن النسبي وتحليل النتائج وتفسيرها.
استهدف البحث فصل بروتينات مصل دم كل من الحمامة الفاختة (Streptopelia decaocto) والحمامة المطوقة (Streptopelia senegalensis) بطريقة الترحيل الكهربائي كطريقة تصنيفية مابين النوعين . تم جمع 23 حمامة فاختة (13 ذكر و10 إناث) و 15 حمامة ضاحكة (8 ذكر و5 إناث) من مناطق مختلفة من مدينة بغداد ، وتم سحب0.1 مل من الدم من الوريد الموجود
