The researchers believe the problem of searching the scarcity or limited tests of time kinetic response led to scarcity or limited availability of experimental research in exercises codified within the training curriculum for the junior class, and therefore has been weakening this physical variable as an important episode in the development of the players physical capacities as well as the lack of measure for this variable within the defensive skills in general and the skill of the player movement defender in particular, and it represents the goal of research in the treatment of the above through the construction and rationing test to measure the kinetic response to the movement of the player defender basketball junior time. Chosen as the research community of specialized school to the National Center for the care of sports talent for basketball in Baghdad and the sports season (2014-2015m) for ages without (16 years) totaling (30) for the player who scored first place in the qualifying Baghdad as well as it was derived (100) value on the basis of data generation from the parent community, and after getting the results statistically treated, the researchers reached two conclusions are: the test motor response to the movement of the player defender time has been applied for the first time in the Iraqi environment, which qualifies it as well as the rest of the tests for the selection of the squad Iraq for the junior class in the Iraqi Union basketball, and legalize the results to standard setting (standard reference) to be a litmus test later utilized in the calendar or comparison. The recommendations of the research focused on the adoption of the test motor response to the movement of the player at the time of the defender Calendar ongoing process, and the use of standards for research as a standard reference when the selection process.
This research deals with one scene from the movie Romeo and Juliet, which is the balcony scene, due to the importance of this scene in the formation of the construction of the subsequent events of the movie.
The first chapter contained the methodological framework of the research, where the research problem was identified in how Zeffirelli dealt with the balcony scene in the play Romeo and Juliet and enriched it in the cinematic language with a comparison with the original text of the scene. The methods are based on direct reaction (oxidative-coupling reaction) of Paracetamol with o-cresol in the presence of sodium periodate in alkaline medium, to form an intense blue-water-soluble dye that is stable at room temperature, and was followed spectrophotometriclly at λmax= 612 nm. The reaction was studied kinetically by Initial rate and fixed time (at 25 minutes) methods, and the optimization of conditions were fixed. The calibration graphs for drug determination were linear in the concentration ranges (1-7 μg.ml-1) for the initial rate and (1-10 μg.ml-1) for the fixed time methods at 25 min.
