The researchers believe the problem of searching the scarcity or limited tests of time kinetic response led to scarcity or limited availability of experimental research in exercises codified within the training curriculum for the junior class, and therefore has been weakening this physical variable as an important episode in the development of the players physical capacities as well as the lack of measure for this variable within the defensive skills in general and the skill of the player movement defender in particular, and it represents the goal of research in the treatment of the above through the construction and rationing test to measure the kinetic response to the movement of the player defender basketball junior time. Chosen as the research community of specialized school to the National Center for the care of sports talent for basketball in Baghdad and the sports season (2014-2015m) for ages without (16 years) totaling (30) for the player who scored first place in the qualifying Baghdad as well as it was derived (100) value on the basis of data generation from the parent community, and after getting the results statistically treated, the researchers reached two conclusions are: the test motor response to the movement of the player defender time has been applied for the first time in the Iraqi environment, which qualifies it as well as the rest of the tests for the selection of the squad Iraq for the junior class in the Iraqi Union basketball, and legalize the results to standard setting (standard reference) to be a litmus test later utilized in the calendar or comparison. The recommendations of the research focused on the adoption of the test motor response to the movement of the player at the time of the defender Calendar ongoing process, and the use of standards for research as a standard reference when the selection process.
What distinguishes human rights issues is their importance to the international community and their importance to democratic political regimes, because they are the axis of any political regime that seeks to achieve a successful democratic path and a stable state. So, countries that are interested in human rights try to enshrine those rights and freedoms in their constitutions and reinforce their concepts in their laws and legislations. This investigation was conducted to recognize the structure for (RHETI version 2.5 1999) by using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Sample of (620) student of Al-Mustansrya University were administered the (RHETI).

The findings explored (9) factors as one factor for each type and (184) items were loaded by the factors: (60) item for feeling center, (61) items for instinctive center and (63) items for thinking center.

An analytical and clinical study has been applied for measure the bioavailability of Zinc in serum of twenty adults healthy volunteers, using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer (FAAS) at 213.9 nm. The calibration graph is linear in the ranges of 0.25-1.5 μg.mL-1 with correlation coefficient (R) 0.09996)μg.mL1-and molar absorpitivites 22957.76(L.mol1-cm-1.The concentration of Zinc determined in serum of all volunteers before and after administered orally a tablet of 50 mg zinc sulphate, produced by Samara drugs company (SDI).
