The researchers believe the problem of searching the scarcity or limited tests of time kinetic response led to scarcity or limited availability of experimental research in exercises codified within the training curriculum for the junior class, and therefore has been weakening this physical variable as an important episode in the development of the players physical capacities as well as the lack of measure for this variable within the defensive skills in general and the skill of the player movement defender in particular, and it represents the goal of research in the treatment of the above through the construction and rationing test to measure the kinetic response to the movement of the player defender basketball junior time. Chosen as the research community of specialized school to the National Center for the care of sports talent for basketball in Baghdad and the sports season (2014-2015m) for ages without (16 years) totaling (30) for the player who scored first place in the qualifying Baghdad as well as it was derived (100) value on the basis of data generation from the parent community, and after getting the results statistically treated, the researchers reached two conclusions are: the test motor response to the movement of the player defender time has been applied for the first time in the Iraqi environment, which qualifies it as well as the rest of the tests for the selection of the squad Iraq for the junior class in the Iraqi Union basketball, and legalize the results to standard setting (standard reference) to be a litmus test later utilized in the calendar or comparison. The recommendations of the research focused on the adoption of the test motor response to the movement of the player at the time of the defender Calendar ongoing process, and the use of standards for research as a standard reference when the selection process.

Fluconazole was used to test the susceptibility of Candida albicans isolated from different clinical samples, and to detect mutations in ERG11 gene, and their relationship to fluconazole resistance. Forty-eight isolates of Candida albicans were tested for susceptibility using the disc diffusion method (M-44). ERG11 genes of six isolates were amplified (four resistant, two susceptible) and sequenced. The sequenced genes were analyzed to detect the mutations. Out of 48 isolates of Candida albicans, 4 (8%) were resistant to fluconazole. Sixteen-point mutations were detected included 13 silent mutations, and three missense mutations. In current study, the dye from flowers petals of Strelitzia reginae used for the first time to prepare natural photosensitizer for DSSC fabrication. Among five different solvents used to extract the natural dye from S. reginae flowers, the ethanol extract of anthocyanin dye revealed higher absorption spectrum of 0.757a.u. at wavelength of 454nm. A major effect of temperature was studied to increase the extraction yield. The results show that the optimal temperature was 70 °C and there was a sharp decrease of dye concentration from 0.827 at temperature of 70 °C to 0.521 at temperature of 90°C.
