These years Qatar has emerged as an important regional destination of foreign direct investment (FDI), which demonstrates the recent success of several smaller economies in attracting FDI. This paper aims to investigate the causal relationships between inward FDI and economic growth in the particular case of Qatar featured as oil production country. Vector Autoregressive (VAR) Impulse Responses and Granger Causality Tests were adopted as major research methods. Annual data set was used covering from 1990 to 2010. The main results demonstrated the bi-directional causality and long-run relationships between FDI inflows and economic growth in Qatar. And to attract FDI inflows into Qatar, the government shall continue its efforts in constructing promising economic and investment environment; but to promote economic growth, it will recourse to other original momentum.
The metallicity [Fe/H] for several stars accompanied by Extra-solar planets were calculated and plotted as a function of stars mass (M*). Results showed that masses of Extra-solar planets stars are well correlated with their metallicity .This relation could be explained by the equation: Y=-0.0045x + 0.065. The metallicity limit is found to be in the range of (0.18 to 0.3), relative to the mass limit in the range of (0.76 to 1.44) MSun.
This criteria is a good tool that can be used by observers who are aiming for detecting Extra-solar planets

Monthly samples were taken during the period from September 1999 to August 2000, using small-meshed gill nets. The age data showed that there were six age groups and the dominant age groups were (III – IV) for both sexes. The experiment was carried out in the Department of Biology, College of Education for Pure Science –Ibn AL Haitham, University of Baghdad, Iraq, during the growing season 2017 – 2018. The objective was to find out the effect of foliar spraying of tryptophan and IQ COMBI nano fertilizer on cumin plants. The obtained results show that both tryptophan and IQ COMBI nano fertilizer increased plant height, root length, shoot dry weight, the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, protein percentage, no. compound umbel.plant-1, wt. seeds. plant-1.
