Language is a pot of thought and a mirror of human civilization and communication tool, but the Arabic language is suffering a lot of extraneous terms them, particularly through the media. The objective of the research is to identify the level of supervisory performance of the educational supervisor from the point of view of headmasters at secondary schools. The problem was the need to evaluate performance. A sample of (97) school headmasters was chosen to collect the needed data, they proportionated (38%) of the total community. the researcher designed a questionnaire consisted of (43) paragraphs with five areas. The results showed that there is a good level of performance among supervisors; there are no significant differences in the variable of the certificate, while there were significant differences in terms of gender for the benefit of males. The research concluded with a number of recommendations and suggestions.

This study aimed to discover the reality of the teacher's maintainced of order and classroom management from the perspective of teachers themselves.

A social survey with an introduce sample that consist (180) male and female teachers from the provinces of Ajloun and Jerash in 2008-2009. To achieve the objective of the study was developed for this purpose and the results have shown the existence of statistically significant differences in marinating order and the management of class and in favor of females, the results also showed Statistically significant differences regarding the academic qualification and for the benefit of holders of master degrees and more compared to those with bachelor's degree.
