First: the definition searchEnsure the definition Introduction of research and its importance, as it was addressed to the importance of the importance of training in the development of people and institutions and the importance of diversifying the training vocabulary and a lot of relevant courses for its role to develop work and get away from the routine work, and was put up for the importance of research to identify the problems and obstacles facing the process of providing training as the best in order to access to the ambition sought by workers on training and even the trainees while defined research problem that was observed weak performance and cost-effective training through the study of some of the questionnaires distributed by the department to evaluate the courses, in spite of the large number of courses and variety we still hear from the participants complained of re vocabulary session and the lack of information and lack the practical side, sometimes up complaining about the weakness of the person on trainingThe objectives of the research:- Understand the fact the training in the education of Baghdad's Karkh II from the perspective of the participants.- Identify what aspires to trainees and what are the problems facing the training. As research identifies the following areas:Human limit: employees of the Directorate of Baghdad Karkh II who attended the sessions during the research period.Temporal limitation: 07/02/2016 to 28/04/2016Reducing spatial: training halls of the Directorate of Education Baghdad Karkh II.Third: Find measures:The researcher used the descriptive approach to composed a sample of (820) trainees from associate to the Directorate of Education Karkh II, who Charcot sessions held during the search, and was relying on scientific sources and references relevant to the subject of research for the purpose of achieving the goals of the research, which has been prepared identifying the four axes of the trainees It was displayed resolution on the experts and they evaluated, and then was an exploratory experience to identify the most important obstacles that may face the researcher and the researcher distributed questionnaires to the trainees during the research period from 07/01/2016 to 28/04/2016, was the use of appropriate statistical methods to the research topic to reach to the minute results.
Background: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is an adult leukemia characterized by rapid proliferation of undifferentiated myeloid precursors, leading to bone marrow (BM) failure and impaired erythropoiesis. The p53 tumor suppressor protein regulates cell division and inhibits tumor development by preventing cell proliferation of altered or damaged DNA. It orchestrates various cellular reactions, including cell cycle arrest, DNA repair, and antioxidant properties. Objectives: To investigate the relationship of P53 serum level with hematological findings, remission, and survival status in de novo AML patients. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study that enrolled 63 newly diagnosed de novo AML patients, and 15 sex- and age-matched healt
... Show MoreA new, simple, sensitive and fast developed method was used for the determination of methyldopa in pure and pharmaceutical formulations by using continuous flow injection analysis. This method is based on formation a burgundy color complex between methyldopa andammonium ceric (IV) nitrate in aqueous medium using long distance chasing photometer NAG-ADF-300-2. The linear range for calibration graph was 0.05-8.3 mmol/L for cell A and 0.1-8.5 mmol/L for cell B, and LOD 952.8000 ng /200 µL for cell A and 3.3348 µg /200 µL for cell B respectively with correlation coefficient (r) 0.9994 for cell A and 0.9991 for cell B, RSD % was lower than 1 % for n=8. The results were compared with classical method UV-Spectrophotometric at λ max=280 n

The PVC/Ag 2 O@CuO PM fabricated using the phase inversion process resulted in significant improvement in internal morphology, porosity, pure water flux, and separation efficacy of the doped membranes. The efficacy of the PVC/Ag 2
Abstract
The aim of this research is to concentrate on the of knowledge management activities, initial activities: (Acquisition, Selection, Generation, Assimilation, Emission) knowledge, and support activities: (Measurement, Control, Coordination, Leadership) that is manipulate and controlling in achieving knowledge management cases in organization, that’s is leads to knowledge chain model, then determining the level of membership for these activities to knowledge chain model in a sample of Iraqi organization pushed by knowledge (Universities). The research depends on check list for gaining the data required, theses check list designed by apparently in diagnosing research dimensions and measurem

Because the concept of natural ventilation for many people confined to achieve through the windows and openings only, become necessary to provide this research to demonstrate the various passive design strategies for natural ventilation. Then, research problem: Insufficient knowledge about the importance and mechanism of the application of passive design strategies for natural ventilation in buildings. The research objective is: Analysis of passive desi

This technique is expressed in two forms: the hypothesis and the implications of linguistic and non-linguistic rules. Nathalie Sarraute’s "Pour un oui ou pour un non" states this narrative method through her character’s verbal and non-verbal dialogue. The present paper discusses the implicit method and shows the reason behind which the author uses it in her play "Pour un oui ou pour un non".

This trend has provided researchers with new possibilities for understanding texts in quantitative and qualitative ways that transcend traditional methods based solely on critical reading. The current research aims to introduce professors and students of Arabic to artificial intelligence tools that contribute to the analysis of literary texts, focusing on exploring their mechanisms for studying style, meaning, structure, and emotion. It also seeks to highlight the most prominent challenges facing researchers

Show MoreThe adsorption ability of Iraqi initiated calcined granulated montmorillonite to adsorb Symmetrical Schiff Base Ligand 4,4’-[hydrazine-1, 2-diylidenebis (methan-1-yl-1-ylidene)) bis (2-methoxyphenol)] derived from condensation reaction of hydrazine hydrate and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde, from aqueous solutions has been investigated through columnar method. The ligand (H2L) adsorption found to be dependent on adsorbent dosage, initial concentration and contact time. All columnar experiments were carried out at three different pH values (5.5, 7and 8) using buffer solutions at flow rate of (3 drops/ min.),at room temperature (25±2)°C. The experimental isotherm data were analyzed using Langmuir, Freundlich and Temkin equations. The monol
