It adopts a functional approach depending on the stipulates of systemic Functional Grammar as developed by M.A.K. Halliday and others adopting this approach. Thus, practices or interventions that improve patient safety are those that reduce the occurrence of preventable adverse events”. Serum cholinesterase is synthesized in liver and released into plasma, and it has an important role in oncogenesis.
