The research aims to identify the role of scientific planning of inventory by determining the quantity of economic demand and the number of times of purchase and associated annual total costs to achieve a sufficient and appropriate level of inventory . The research was based on the case study methodology. Initiation in Islamic economy is the key for success and the way for advancement.  It leads to the use of circumstances that through which the individual can achieve the accomplishments and gains. Once initiation spreads in the community, it will become a vivacious and that will lead to the development of its reality into the best. This work aims to show the nature of the relationship between management by walking around  (the independent variable) and strategic renewal (the dependent variable), as well as it shows the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Questionnaire items were considered the main tool for data collection by three basic aspects.
