حضيت القيادة باهتمام كبير من قبل الباحثين ودورها الإيجابي في التأثير على الموظفين ونجاح المنظمات، في الآونة الأخير بدأت الدراسات تركز على الجانب المظلم للقيادة وتأثيرها على التابعين وبيئة العمل، وقد تم تحديد القيادة السامة بأنها أخطر الأساليب القيادية التي تتسبب بتكاليف مادية ومعنوية على المنظمات بمختلف جوانبها، ان القيادة السامة تأثر على دوافع المرؤوسين وقدرتهم على انجاز المهام، ورغبتهم في الاستمرار في العمل، ويتبع القادة السامين أساليب الترهيب والاقصاء والتنمر والتهديد والتهميش للمرؤوسين، مما يؤثر سلبا على رفاهيتهم وصحتهم النفسية، لذا أصبح من الضروري على المنظمات وضع آليات مناسبة لمنع انتشار مثل هذه السلوكيات السامة المدمرة للفرد والمنظمة، وعلية يهدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على القيادة السامة من خلال مراجعة اهم ادبياتها، واستعراض أهم السلوكيات والصفات التي يتسم بها القائد السام، ومدى تأثيرها على الاتباع وبيئة المنظمة.
Four metal compounds mixed ligand of azo dye ligand (L) and metformin.(Met) were produced at aquatic ethanol for (1:1:1) (M:L:Met). Two simple methods for the determination of eugenol were developed. The first depends on the oxidative coupling of eugenol with p-amino-N,N-dimethylaniline (PADA) in the presence of K3[Fe(CN)6]. A linear regression calibration plot for eugenol was constructed at 600 nm, within a concentration range of 0.25-2.50 μg.mL–1 and a correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.9988. The limits of detection (LOD) and quantitation (LOQ) were 0.086 and 0.284 μg.mL–1, respectively. The second method is based on the dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction of the derivatized oxidative coupling product of eugenol with PADA. The twelve samples of agricultural soils from four regions in Al-Najaf governorate with sampling plant with soil. Physical properties of the soil where studied, such as electrical conductivity ranged from (136.33-1070.00)μS/cm-3, and moisture which ranged between the values (0.39-36.48)%.
