تعد الادارة الجامعية عاملا مهما واساسيا في اكمال البناء المعرفي لشخصية الطالب الجامعي لما يمثله من قدرة على قيادة العملية التربوية والتعليمية والوصول بها الى تحقيق اهدافها . وطالما كانت هذه الادارة ممثلة ابتداء من رئاسات الاقسام ووصولا الى اعلى الهرم الاداري في الجامعة مهمة في تحقيق  الاهداف العلمية والتربوية فان اختيار الاشخاص للقيام بمهامها تاخذ جانبا كبيرا ومهما وذلك للاثر

The research aims to shed light on the possibility of measuring the intellectual capital in the Iraqi insurance company using accounting models, as well as disclosing it in the financial statements of the company, where human capital was measured using the present value factor model for discounted future revenues and the intellectual value-added factor model for measuring structural capital It was also disclosed in the financial statements based on the theory of stakeholders. The research problem lies in the fact that the Iraqi insurance company does not carry out the process of measuring and disclosing the intellectual capital while it is considered an important source for the company’s progress in the labor market recently. The tremendous political transformations that took place in Iraq after 2003 led by the USA and its allies led to a change of its political system under the slogan of liberating Iraq from dictatorship, establishing a democratic system and spreading freedom among members of the society.

The hydroconversion of Iraqi light straight run naphtha was studied on zeolite catalyst. 0.3wt.%Pt/HMOR catalyst was prepared locally and used in the present work. The hydroconversion performed on a continuous fixed-bed laboratory reaction unit. Experiments were performed in the temperature range of 200 to 350°C, pressure range of 3 to 15 bars, LHSV range of 0.5-2.5h^-1, and the hydrogen to naphtha ratio of 300.

The results show that the hydroconversion of Iraqi light straight naphtha increases with increase in reaction temperature and decreases with increase in LHSV.

This research is an attempt to define the concept of journalistic information pollution, and what are the causes and sources of this pollution.
