The human blood physiology is an active system that is closely connected with environmental and lifestyle changes, which affect such processes as erythropoiesis, coagulation, platelet activity, nitric oxide (NO) signaling system, and oxygen transport. It is a synthesis of evidence based on recent research (2020-2026) on four modulators that relate to each other physically: exercise, high-altitude hypoxia, climate change-induced high and low temperatures, and consumption of non-nutritive sugar substitutes such as erythritol. Adaptive changes that are generally observed in response to exercise and altitude are increased erythropoiesis and improved vascular functions, whereas maladaptive changes, including oxidative stress, inflammatory, and prothrombotic states, may be caused by the climate extremes and erythritol. Especially sensitive parameters of hematology, such as hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (Hct), platelets (PLT), red blood cell (RBC) count, and white blood cell (WBC) count, pose risks, and interconnections are possible, which increase risks in a changing climate. To give an example, workouts in the altitude or heat can increase the effects of dehydration and thrombosis, particularly with the current diets rich in erythritol. This review identifies the implications of public health to vulnerable groups (such as patients with cardiovascular risk factors), and it recommends combined exposure research. A consideration of these factors as a collective entity will enable us to inform dietary and training practices that better improve health in the face of environmental adversity.
The isolates of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from patients with various infections in hospitals, the isolates were identified and accurately diagnosed by phenotypic examination and biochemical tests, as well Vitek-2, and then genetic detection and diagnosis of many of the pathogenic factors associated with Staphylococcus aureus using conventional polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and testing for association by antibiotic resistance and production of some toxins by Staphylococcus aureus. After performing analysis of statistical, it was set up that the correlation coefficient of the PCR technique using virulence genes, sensitivity test to antibiotics and other virulence factors were significant at p < 0.05, but was insignificant with the

It is also available in the form of suspension containing "25mg/ml†. Amoxicillin is presently used as the most common antibiotics .Ten healthy Human volunteers were characterized respected to their pharmacokinetic and bioavailability of two formulations of Amoxicillin from two sources of industrial companies after a single dose administration was given orally. A procedure is described for determination the concentration levels of Amoxicillin in human plasma of healthy volunteers using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with reversed-phase isocratic column at low wave length of UV-visib

Show MoreThe aim of this study is to get practical evidence from the Egyptian business environment The Impact of Audit Committees Effectiveness and External Audit Quality on Timeliness of annual Financial Report. Design and methodology: The study based on the content analysis technique to examine the annual reports of a sample of (30) companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX100) during the period (2016-2019) with a total of (120) respondents. To test the research hypotheses, the results of the study indicate that there is a negative significant impact of audit committees on timeliness of annual financial report. Moreover, while there is a negative impact on the quality of the external audit on the timing of issuing the annual

A raw water sample has been taken from the Tigris River (Baghdad, Iraq) was being adopted in research work. The performance of ozone therapy has been assessed by calculations of DOC, DOC quantities, UV254, as well as total trihalomethane (TTHM). Research findings have shown that with 0.9 mg O3/mg DOC ozone use-alone, approximately 60% UV254 reduction and approximately 28% DOC reduction will occur.DOC fractionation analysis indicates that within the water samples, ozone could alter the co

The sample showed that the sample did not comply with what is stated in the Ministry of Finance publication of instructions and ceilings. In the process of preparing and resulting from the occurrence of deviations in large proportions both in the discussion of the Ministry of Finance or when implementation as a low rate of implementation and the absence of allocations for some items, although there is a need for them as well as the transfer of large proportions of transfers both up or down and the purpose o

Show More<p>The current work investigated the combustion efficiency of biodiesel engines under diverse ratios of compression (15.5, 16.5, 17.5, and 18.5) and different biodiesel fuels produced from apricot oil, papaya oil, sunflower oil, and tomato seed oil. The combustion process of the biodiesel fuel inside the engine was simulated utilizing ANSYS Fluent v16 (CFD). On AV1 diesel engines (Kirloskar), numerical simulations were conducted at 1500 rpm. The outcomes of the simulation demonstrated that increasing the compression ratio (CR) led to increased peak temperature and pressures in the combustion chamber, as well as elevated levels of CO2 and NO mass fractions and decreased CO emission values un
