ABSTRACT

Background : The aim of this work is to assess the role of breast sonography  and ductography in the evaluation of different causes of nipple discharge.

Methods :  The study will be carried out on twenty-five female patients referred to the Radiodiagnosis department at Alexandria Main University Hospital presenting with nipple discharge.

They were divided into two groups:

Group I include 10 patients (40%) with surgically significant nipple discharge who were the patients with unilateral, uniorificial surgically significant colour type nipple discharge .They were investigated by mammography, sonography, and ductography.

Group II include 15 patients

This research deals with one scene from the movie Romeo and Juliet, which is the balcony scene, due to the importance of this scene in the formation of the construction of the subsequent events of the movie.

The first chapter contained the methodological framework of the research, where the research problem was identified in how Zeffirelli dealt with the balcony scene in the play Romeo and Juliet and enriched it in the cinematic language with a comparison with the original text of the scene. The esophagus is under study as musculomembranous tubularshape, it began from oropharyngeal cavity and terminated on the proventriculus. The esophagus wasdivided into three regions are represented by cervical part, crop, and Thoracic part. Internal lining of theesophagus consisted of un-branched straight longitudinal folds The length of the cervical part, crop andthoracic part were 11.5 cm, 3.5 cm, 6 cm respectively.
