يهدف البحث الحالي الى اختبار علاقة الارتباط والتأثير بين إدارة الاحتواء العالي وسلوك العمل الاستباقي ، ومن اجل تحقيق ذلك تم اختيار مجلس محافظة بغداد ميداناً لتطبيق البحث، وشمل البحث متغيرين إدارة الاحتواء العالي عبر ابعاده الفرعية )ممارسات التطوير، المكافآت، مشاركة المعلومات، التمكين(، وسلوك العمل الاستباقي عبر ابعاده )تولي المسؤولية، صوت الموظف، المبادرة الشخصية(، وضمت عينة البحث ) 97 ( فرداً من الموظفين العاملين في مجلس محافظة بغداد من مختلف الأقسام، وقد تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتم تحليل البيانات واستخلاص النتائج عبر برنامج )ٍ SPSS, AMOS,V23 (، وذلك باستخدام مجموعة من الوسائل الإحصائية )الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الاختلاف، معامل الارتباط بيرسون، معامل الانحدار البسيط، التحليل العاملي التوكيدي، الفاكرونباخ(، اما اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير جيدة بين متغير إدارة الاحتواء العالي وسلوك العمل الاستباقي، أي ان إدارة الاحتواء العالي لها دور فاعل وقوي في زيادة السلوكيات الاستباقية للموظفين ومبادراتهم الشخصية في تحسين وتطوير العمل
A field study aimed at identifying the sources of mutual complaints among the Directorates of Education staff of their departments and management and run it in their daily dealings with principals in the province of Baghdad, and adopt approach.
