Abstract Lateral Epicondylitis (LE) which has been referred to as the Tennis Elbow as well is a lesion affecting common tendinous origins of wrist extensors due to chronic overuse injury that results in damaging common extensor tendons which join forearm extensor muscles to humerus. The aim of the present evidence-based clinical statement is reviewing scientific evidences for efficacy of a variety of the rehabilitation methods, chronic lateral epicondylitis management. It is focused upon treating chronic lateral epicondylitis and the latest developments in physiotherapy area for managing chronic lateral epicondylitis. Due to the fact that primary physical impairments in the LE are decreased is the strength of the grip, fundamentally due to the pain and motor weaknesses, there is a necessity in designing successful program of rehabilitation that is focused upon the physical impairments and not just the symptoms. Which is why, the main aim of the successful management of the condition is electrotherapy and therapeutic exercise, focusing upon the reduction of the pain at the initial stage and later on enhances the functional outcome. The latest advances in the therapeutic approaches such as the manipulations, sports taping had shown good evidences in LE rehab that mainly focuses on the reduction of the pain. Pain reduction in the early stages is helpful in the process of recovery due to the fact that it motivates client to carry on with the physical therapy. Which is why, the latest advancements in the physical therapy with some approaches such as the manipulation, soft tissue release have good clinical evidences in LE management in addition to other musculo-skeletal conditions.

Objective: To assess the impact of implementing a pharmacist-led deprescribing program on medication adherence among HD patients. Distribution of light intensity in the flat photobioreactor for microalgae cultivation as a step design for production of bio-renewable energy was addressed in the current study. Five sizes of bioreactors with specific distances from the main light source were adopted as independent variables in experiential design model. The results showed that the bioreactor’s location according to the light source, determines the nature of light intensity distribution in the reactor body. However, the cross-section area plays an important role in determining the suitable location of reactor to achieve required light homogeneity. This area could change even the expected response of the light passing through the reactor if Beer-Lambert's law is adopted.
