Leuconostoc bacteria was isolated from local pickled cabbage (Brassica oleracea capitata) and identified as Leuconostoc mesenteroides by morphology,biochemical and physiological. Therefore, the accuracy of estimating the parameters of the model depends on the validity of these hypotheses.
