Tin oxide was deposited by using vacuum thermal method on silicon wafer engraved by Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) Machine. The inscription was engraved by diamond-made brine. sulfite-oleylamine (S-oleylamine) with 1:6 mole ratios. The
