Abstract: The Iraqi alluvial plain is unique in its rare water bodies in the world, varying in area, depth and natural resources, which are the Iraqi marshlands. Specialized researchers have researched the marshlands and their affiliation to the river sediments of the Euphrates and Tigris rivers over time, as they move south towards the Arabian Gulf. The giant marshlands are located in three main areas, which are the marshes (eastern - central - southern), and the newly formed marshes (Hawizeh Marsh - Central Marsh - Hammar Marsh). The Iraqi marshlands have their geopolitical importance to Iraq, so they must be taken care of and all local, international and international laws issued against them must be observed. All marshlands are exposed to many and varied problems, the most important of which is the lack of scientific, professional and academic plans and planning towards reform and developing solutions and proposals for the crisis, which we may benefit from local laws, agreements and international visions to revive the marshlands, as they still enjoy the human wealth of the original lineage of their inhabitants. They are also a symbol of civilization for the natural environment of Iraq and the world, and this is what We will review it in this academic scientific study. Keywords: Marshes, scenario, geopolitics, geo-economics.
The research aims to explore the difficulties that encounter teaching geography of cities as perceived by female students. A total of (113) third stage female students / Geography Dept / college of education for women were chosen as a sample for the study. It was a three-point Likert scale instrument with 1 signifying ‘main difficulty, 2 ‘sub-difficulty, and 3 ‘no difficult'. The difficulties organized in descend order, to analyze data, SPSS tool was used. The results revealed that the difficulties of content ranged (2.15-1.18), difficulties of education techniques ranged (2.47-2.04), difficulties of t

An appropriate computer code “HEATER” has been modified and is used for this purpose. The propagation is taken to be in a cylindrical symmetric medium. Different laser wavelengths (1 = 10.6 m, 2 = 1.06 m, and 3 = 0.53 m) with a Gaussian pulse type and 15 ns pulse widths have been considered. Absorption energy and laser flux have been calculated for different plasma and laser parameters. The absorbed laser energy showed maximum for = 0.53 m. This high absorbitivity was inferred to the effect of the pondermotive force.
This study examines patterns of exposure of Iraqi university students to selective daily Iraqi newspapers and the motives of this exposure, as well as its associated factors that affect the average exposure. It tries to answer several questions, including those related to the levels of exposure of Iraqi university students to daily Iraqi newspapers and classification of patterns of selective exposure to daily Iraqi newspapers and the most prominent Iraqi daily newspapers that are selectively exposed by Iraqi university students. The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of the constructivist model of yager in acquiring the geographical concepts among first intermediate students in geography. The study was carried on based on the null hypothesis, which states, there is no significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the experimental group that follows yager model in learning the principles of geography, and the control group that studies the same subject considering the traditional methods of learning, the. To do so, a sample of (70) first-intermediate student were chosen purposefully from two random class for the academic year (2016-2017) divided into two groups. The selected schools located at Al-rusafa side in the city of Baghdad, as well
