The research aims at identifying the organizational performance of the kindergarten teachers and defines the educational environment of kindergarten children. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the organizational performance scale for (Saadi, 2016), which was applied to kindergarten teachers. In this work, we formulate and analyze a deterministic model for the population dynamics of Gut bacteria in the presence of antibiotics and Probiotic supplements. All the possible equilibria and their local stability are obtained. The global stability around the positive equilibrium point is established. Numerical simulations back up our analytical findings and show the temporal dynamics of gut microorganisms.

The study aimed to identify the awareness degree of teacher students in the department of Arabic language and their supervisors at Al-aqsa University for their future roles in the age of knowledge. To achieve this objective, descriptive- analytical approach was used. The instruments of this study were two questionnaires: first one consist of (20) item for teacher students, and the second consist of (27) item for educational supervisors which covered three roles: professional, technological, and humanitarian.
