Aim This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of buffered LA in the extraction of maxillary premolars and molars. storage period, this research has conducted on three species Eufcalyptus cammaldulensis,
Juglans regia, presence of some genus of fungi; Aspergillus, Penicillium,Botryoderma,
