The effect of Low-Level Laser (LLL) provided by green semiconductor laser with an emission wavelength of 532 nm on of human blood of people with brain and prostate cancer has been investigated. The effect of LLL on white blood cell (WBC), NEUT, LYMPH and MONO have been considered. Platelet count (PLT) has also been considered in this work. 2 ml of blood sample were irradiating by a green laser of the dose of 4.8 J/cm2. Recent research has examined the improvement of physical and dielectric properties of BaTiO₃ ceramic material by small addition of excess TiO₂ or BaCO₃. The prepared samples sintered at different temperatures and varying soaking time. The results show that increasing the sintering temperature within 1350°C and soaking time of 10 hrs give better electrical and physical properties, which indicate the reaction is complete at higher temperature and period.

     The objective of this study, is to attempt to explain the reality of the Structural Imbalances in the Iraqi Economy during the period of research, by providing a quantitative analysis of the most important types of Imbalances, Which are represented by the disruption in the Productive Structure, the imbalance of the structure of Public Budget, and the imbalance of the Structure of Trade. The problem of the research, is the fact that the economy structure in Iraq has long suffered from an Imbalances in its economic structure, which are represented in the unequal relations between its constituent elements, according to the proportions levels defined by the economic theory.

              In this work, pure and doped Vanadium Pentoxide (V₂O₅) thin films with different concentration of TiO₂ (0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5) wt  were obtained using Pulse laser deposition technique on amorphous glass substrate with thickness of (250)nm. The morphological, UV-Visible and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) were studied. TiO₂ doping into V₂O₅ matrix revealed an interesting morphological change from an array of high density pure V₂O₅ nanorods (~140 nm) to granular structure in TiO₂-doped V₂O₅ thin film .Transform Infrared Spectro
