يرجع تأريخ ظهور الفساد إلى بداية الخلق والخليقة، إذ اهتم الأديان السماوية بها كثيراً; وذلك لتوعية الناس إلى أن جَلل المصاب تكمن وراء هذه الظاهرة.

والقرآن الكريم اهتم بهذا الجانب اهتماماً بالغاً، فقد ذكر تأثيرات الفساد على المجتمعات عموماً، وعلى الأفراد خصوصاً، ولم تأتِ آية كريمة تتحدث عن آثا

A pot culture experiment was conducted at the greenhouse of soil and water resources department in College of Agriculture, University of Baghdad in Abo-Ghraib at season 2009-2010 to investigate the effects of using foliar application of some macro and micronutrients in induce antioxidant enzymes in wheat grown under salt stress . Doar85 planted under three levels of salt stress, and three combinations of foliar application were used from nutrients (K+ Ca) at 3000 and 1500 mg.L-1 respectively, and (Fe + Zn + Mn) at 30, 20, and 10 mg.L-1 respectively , and ( K+ Ca) + (Fe+ Zn + Mn). Biofilm formation is one of the biggest challenges of scientists. Role of heavy metals in forming biofilm is not clear enough. Here, the effect of lead on biofilm formation by Bacillus spp. isolated from soil in terms of biofilm formation and remove was studied. In present study, 10 isolates of Bacillus spp were isolated from soil. The ability of all isolates to form biofilm was evaluated. The effect of lead on biofilm formation was studied by adding lead (pb) before forming biofilm.
