A survey of chrysidid wasps and an identification key to the genera from different localities in Iraq are provided. The genus Pseudomalus Ashmead, 1902 with Pseudomalus auratus (Linnaeus) and Omalus timidus (Nurse), are new records from Iraq. As well, a preliminary checklist of Iraq’s Chrysididae is suggested. Twenty species within nine genera in two subfamilies have been included in the current list. Historical information is provided together with remarks on the current taxonomic status and the particular validity for some species.

This study presents a rapid, sensitive, and straightforward approach to measure chlorpheniramine maleate (CPM) by using turbidity CFIA. The method involves CPM reacting with sodium nitroprusside (Nitropress) to produce a pale white precipitate. The NAG-SSP-5S1D analyzer was used to measure turbidity at 0°–180° angle to detect the attenuation of incident light as a result of collision on the surfaces of the precipitate particles. The linear range of CPM measurements was between 0.008 and 11 m.mol/L, with correlation coefficient of 0.9983 and R2% = 99.65. The aim of the present study was to isolated the Enterococcus spp. from milk samples of cow and vaginal swabs from aborted women and patient women in Baghdad during September 2016 to april 2017. All 100 milk sample collecting was carried out on California Mastitis Test (CMT) and the positive Percentage of CMT reactions was 5% and the percentage of Enterococcus isolates from mastitic milk was 60% and 30% from nonmasitic milk.
