English ابحث عن مقالات و مجلات ... تحليل علاقة ثقافة المنظمة بلازمة من منظور الفردبة - الجماعية أ.د زكـريا مطلك الدوري، أ.د سـعـد علي العـنزي، أ. يعرب عدنان السعيدي مجلة كلية بغداد للعلوم الاقتصادية الجامعة 2009, المجلد 2, العدد 20, الصفحات 107-122 الخلاصة تتعدد وجهات النظر بشأن الاسباب والمعالجات الممكنة للازمات، وان هذا الاختلاف يرجع بالاصل إلى تنوع المداخل التي يعتمد عليها الباحثين في تناول الظاهرة أو الموضوع. وضمن هذا الاطار كان توجه البحث الحالي تناول الازمات من حيث النشوء والمعالجات على اساس الفردية والجماعية التي تم مناقشتها تحت عنوان ثقافة المنظمة. لذلك وقع هذا البحث في جزئيين أساسيان هما:مناقشة علاقة الفردية بالجماعية وربط هذا التحليل مع دورة حياة الازمة لكي يتم تشخيص اثر الثقافة على الازمة هذا من جانب. ومن جانب اخر جرى التركيز على تقديم مدخل استراتيجي متكامل لادارة الازمة، والذي من خلاله تم تشخيص ثلاثة خيارات اساسية ومن ثم ايضاح الدور الذي يمكن ان تؤديه ثقافة المنظمة من خلال الفردية والجماعية في التعامل مع هذه الخيارات المتاحة
This study aimed at identifying the extent to which the social worker used the techniques of group discussion in the professional practice with the groups of school activity in the schools of Tubas governorate in light of some variables (gender, years of experience, academic qualification). The analytical descriptive method was used due to its suitability for the objectives of the study.
