Find aimed to reveal the teaching practices of the teaching faculties of education departments of the University of Baghdad in the light of the motives of learning from the perspective of students . Researcher selected the research community in a deliberate humanitarian sections of students and faculties of education for girls and IbnRushd . Ed reached basic research sample ( 400 ) students were numbers search tool questionnaire , and included (30) paragraph . The aim of the research is to develop specific skills of 21 century, one schedule, renewable: (sex, years of experience, academic degree) from the viewpoint of the research sample. The researcher attempts to examine Barman model in acquiring the historical concepts among fourth-grade students at literary classrooms. To this end, the researcher held the null hypothesis, there is no significant difference between the experimental groups who was taught based on Barman model and the control group that taught based on the traditional method in acquiring the historical concepts on the post-test. To testify the effectiveness of Barman model, the researcher administered a questionnaire included (60) items on bunch of female-students who were selected from al-khamaeal preparatory school in al-hurriyah district in Baghdad.
