Renewal is generally considered an urgent requirement of life, and a section of its continuation, because renewal means that life exists and continues, and just as renewal is in life, renewal is in science, and in this research the issue of renewal in the science of interpretation, and showed through research that renewal in This science was an urgent demand throughout the Islamic ages, as the research showed the necessity of renewal in the material of interpretation, its method and methods, and the researcher presented the opinions of schools about renewal in the interpretation of the Noble Qur’an inferred by living models that refer to their owners.

E. coli K12 Cd3^R exhibited bioremediation amount of 6.5 mg Cd/g dry biomass cell. At the same time, its wild-type (E. coli K12 Cd3) was able to remove 5.2 mg Cd/g dry biomass cell in treatment of 17 mg Cd /L within 72 hours of incubation at 37 °C (pH=7) in vitro assays. In this paper we define and study new concepts of fibrewise topological spaces over B namely, fibrewise Lindelöf and locally Lindelöf topological spaces, which are generalizations of will-known concepts: Lindelöf topological space (1) "A topological space X is called a Lindelöf space if for every open cover of X has a countable subcover" and locally Lindelöf topological space (1) "A topological space X is called a locally Lindelöf space if for every point x in X, there exist a nbd U of x such that the closure of U in X is Lindelöf space".
