Abstract:
Taghlib tribe had an important part in the history of the first century of
hijra. She managed to get the best social, economic and political basis in the
Arab- Islamic state. In this basis Taghlib was the best Dhimies in the Islamic
state. This tribe refused to be among the people of the book, and to be from
the people of dhima. That tribe refused to pay the Jizya and Khraj, but
accepted to pay double Sadaqa in stead of Jizya and Khraj, so in that case
many Muslims become angry.
Although their Christianity was naïve and simple, Taghlib hold it until the
end of the third century A.H. Taghlib did so because her people wanted to

The meanings attributed to Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting (FGM/C) are shaped through complex negotiations within religious and socio-cultural frameworks, including those observed in Indonesia. Using a combined qualitative and quantitative (mixed methods)-ethnographic and survey approach, data from 109 students of religious tertiary institutions in East Kalimantan on their perspectives on FGM/C practices can be more comprehensively explored. The problem of the research lies in special motor abilities training programs like the balance that positively affect coordination between the nervous system and muscles. These training programs did not get enough attention from athletes especially young athletes; their training was restricted to physical abilities like strength, speed, and endurance instead. The research aimed at designing an apparatus for developing athletes’ balance in national centers for gifted/ ministry of youth and sport so as to provide a measurement for coached in this field. The results showed that the designed apparatus have a positive effect on developing the subjects’ balance in boxing and basketball athletes.
