The study highlighted the transformation of value systems and educational patterns between past and present, especially with the introduction of modern variables and means, such as mobile phones, the internet, social media, and others. These factors have contributed both positively and negatively to the study. The study highlights the integral role of the school in collaboration with the family in guiding and educating children. It also emphasizes the active role of the school in developing students' abilities and skills, either attracting them to school or vice versa. This includes an examination of the essential skills required in education and their role in achieving a state of psychological well-being and systematically developing children's capabilities, away from traditional classical methods. The study attempts to review key concepts associated with skill, education, family, social upbringing, child, and mental health. It relies on a descriptive approach to outline the methods and practices adopted in education, both in the home and school environments. The study also explores the role of the family and its culture in education, distinguishing between academic certification and the skill of education. Moreover, anthropological research tools, such as observation through participation, interviews, and surveys, are employed to enrich the study with diverse and more realistic facts. To achieve the main aim, a sample of 100 male and female Iraqis’ undergraduate students studying English as a foreign language was chosen randomly from two different public colleges in Baghdad city for the academic year 2023-2024. The present study aims to identify the socio-psychological implications that police investigators experience regarding the variable of gender, age, place of residence, qualification, military rank, and work experience. The study included 6 individuals who were working in investigation department in Hebron district as a sample. The results demonstrated that the targeted sample had a dump attitude toward the socio-psychological implications. The psychological implications reflected 2.8739, the social side represents 3.2956.
