التنمية المستدامة حق لكل البشرية وأنها مفهوم ٌ مركب من عنصرين هما التنمية واالستدامة مهمين متالصقين أي ال يوجد تنمية دون استدامة وال العكس يصح، وأنها تمتلك العديد دراسات سياسية وإستراتيجية من األهداف ويبرز هدف الـ)القضاء على الفقر، والقضاء على الجوع( ومن أهم أهدافها، هذه الظاهرة بارزة في المجتمع العراقي بسبب الحروب واالزمات المتكررة فيه وحاالت الحصار االقتصادي، وكذلك بسبب عدم توزيع موارده بشكل عادل من قبل نظام الحكم، وكذلك تأخير الدفع في مواعيد الرواتب التي تعد الدخل األساسي لمعظم الموظفين العراقيين، وقرار البنك المركزي بتغيير سعر الصرف، ويدخل الفساد المالي واإلداري في اسباب انتشار الفقر في العراق، وعدم االستقرار السياسي، مما يجعله االرض المناسبة لتطبيق هدف القضاء على الفقر، وهنا تأتي مقترحات الورقة البيضاء على راس المقترحات القضاء على الفقر اذ انها تقدم رؤية جديدة لعام )2030 )وطريق مسار عليها في تحقيق اهداف التنمية المستدامة، وهذا ما سوف يتطرق اليه البحث.
In this paper, we introduce and study a new concept named couniform modules, which is a dual notion of uniform modules, where an R-module M is said to be couniform if every proper submodule N of M is either zero or there exists a proper submodule N1 of N such that is small submodule of Also many relationships are given between this class of modules and other related classes of modules. Finally, we consider the hereditary property between R-module M and R-module R in case M is couniform.
