This study is about awareness of teaching explanation difficulties in the Islamic university from the lecturers point of view. It discussed the difficulties and the traditional teaching methods of explanation. The study concentrated on teaching Islamic studies in general and teaching explanation in specific and set difficulties so as to be treated.

            The study is of three chapters, the first contains the difficulties in several aspects like the educational goals, text contents, teaching methods and styles, students, educational techniques, educational aids and evaluation, it addition to the lecturers of Islamic university colleges in 2009-2

   1-Identifying  the intellectual exertions have basic education faculty professors.

Identifying the differences in intellectual exertions as a variable type (male-female) current research society is determined by the basic education college professors and both sexes Mustansiriyah University and academic year (2018-2019) and sample (200) textbook and teaching staff researcher has built a scale term This intellectual and extract his results showed statistical characteristics:-.  The College of basic education teachers suffer from stress. This study discussed modern variable in the organizational thought that is the high performance organizations in the two of Iraqi public organizations. The aim of study determines to know the level of the performance in this organizations (high or not). The data was Collected by questionnaire which contain (8) characteristics, the organizational design, strategy, process, technology, leadership, the roles, culture, and external environment). The sample contain from (76) employees;

Results points that the two organizations didn’t reach to the high level of performance, and there are significance's difference  among them.

of dystopia and Its impact on shaping the techniques of narrative time,
and In order to prove the Idea of our research, our choice focused on
the fictional production of a group of Iraqi women novelists that was
published In the time period (2003 AD-2020 AD) Through this theme,
we monitored how the temporal paradoxes operate from anticipation
and retrieval In the fragmentation of the narrative time, whichh in turn
presented a picture of the Iraqi reality In which the human Image
crumbled and its values were shattered and fragmented.

Abstract

The study aimed: To assess the level of trainers' knowledge about the application of strategies and to find out the relationship between Trainer's knowledge and their socio-demographic characteristics.

Methodology: Using the pre-experimental design of the current study, for one group of 47 trainers working at the private Autism Centers in Baghdad, data was collected from 8/January / 2022 to 13 /February /2022. Using non-probability samples (convenient samples), self-management technology in which trainers fill out the questionnaire form themselves was used in the data collection process; it was analyzed through descriptive and inference statistics.
