Several studies have indicated an unprecedented increase in the number of Arab youth who watch music videos. It is also a custom in Arab countries to broadcast songs at their happy parties such as weddings, engagements and birthdays. We see that guests and party owners interact by dancing and singing with the songs, while the viewership rates of Arab music videos have reached millions on YouTube. The researcher decided to study the image of women through the lyrics of these songs, due to their importance in shaping the image of women in the minds of young people and shaping the (self-image) of young women. Twenty songs were selected from the most watched songs on YouTube for the year 2024, and it was found that the negative qualities of the lover are more than the positive qualities. It was also found that the relationship between the lover and the lover is the first axis in the songs, and she was accused of betrayal, arrogance and greed, and her inability to make the right decisions, and her regret for her wrong decisions. Three N-(hydroxylphenyl) dimethylmaleimides were directly prepared in good yields (81-86)% from the reaction of dimethylmaleic anhydride with amino phenols. The prepared imides were esterified to the corresponding benzoates, methacrylates and cinnamates via their reaction with different acid chlorides in the presence of triethylamine. The prepared esters were tested as plasticizers for PVC via preparing of thirty six samples of PVC with the prepared esters in certain weight ratio followed by recording their softening points. Comparison the results with the universal plasticizers for PVC (DOP) and (DBP) indicated that the prepared esters in general have high plasticizing efficiency.
A qualitative chemical test was performed on functional groups extracted from fenugreek plant and its extracts (aqueous, alcoholic and volatile oil). Results revealed that fenugreek seeds contain the main functional groups, while extracts are varied accorodihg to their content of functional groups qualitatively and quantitively. Moreover, inhibition activity was tested for extracts of fenugreek seeds (aqueous, alcoholic and volatile oil). against gram negative (Salmonella typhimurium, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and gram positive (Staphylococcus aureus) by the ager well diffusion method.
