Several studies have indicated an unprecedented increase in the number of Arab youth who watch music videos. It is also a custom in Arab countries to broadcast songs at their happy parties such as weddings, engagements and birthdays. We see that guests and party owners interact by dancing and singing with the songs, while the viewership rates of Arab music videos have reached millions on YouTube. The researcher decided to study the image of women through the lyrics of these songs, due to their importance in shaping the image of women in the minds of young people and shaping the (self-image) of young women. Twenty songs were selected from the most watched songs on YouTube for the year 2024, and it was found that the negative qualities of the lover are more than the positive qualities. It was also found that the relationship between the lover and the lover is the first axis in the songs, and she was accused of betrayal, arrogance and greed, and her inability to make the right decisions, and her regret for her wrong decisions. The war has many faces all of them are ugly, like death, separation, loneliness, violence, crime, betrayal, and disconnection and many other meanings. Michael Ondaatje in his novel The English Patient (1992) portrays a picture of the effect of World War II on four different characters; Hana a Canadian nurse, The English patient who is Hungarian, Caravaggio a Canadian-Italitan thief, and Kip an Indian sapper. They live together in one house, share their secrets and memories about World War II. Ondaatje brings them together to reveal their secrets and to heal their wounds of the war experience.

Abstract
The current research aims to identify the level of organizational relaxation among the employees of educational directorates in the Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive approach was used, as well as a questionnaire of two parts to collect data. The questionnaire consists of (15) items divided into three themes about the relaxing level. It was applied on a sample of (406) male & female employees of the educational directorates who were randomly selected. The results of the study showed that the level of organizational relaxation was low.
