It is recognized that it is not possible to understand these practical difficulties that arise among the owners as a result of the combination of individual and joint ownerships in one property, and since the sources of problems are diverse, so it is not possible to enumerate them in advance, because it may result from the use and utilization of the common parts, or in connection with their preservation, cleaning and maintenance, or in connection with The distribution of the common burdens between the owners of disputes and disputes, so the legislators were keen to have provisions that would ensure reconciling the conflicting interests.

The acceptance sampling plans for generalized exponential distribution, when life time experiment is truncated at a pre-determined time are provided in this article. The two parameters (α, λ), (Scale parameters and Shape parameters) are estimated by LSE, WLSE and the Best Estimator’s for various samples sizes are used to find the ratio of true mean time to a pre-determined, and are used to find the smallest possible sample size required to ensure the producer’s risks, with a pre-fixed probability (1 - P*). The result of estimations and of sampling plans is provided in tables.

Two Prototypes of Transversely Excited at atmospheric pressure (TEA) Nitrogen laser systems (One Stage Blumlein Circuit and Two Stage Blumlein Circuit) were fabricated and operated. High voltage power supply with variable operating voltage (0-20 kv) and operating current (1-3A) was built and tested successfully. The gas flow rate of 15 L/ min and 10 L/ min for OSBC and TSBC was used. The performance of the fabricated systems was studied extensively reaching to the optimum operating conditions.
