We define and study new ideas of fibrewise topological space namely fibrewise multi-topological space . We also submit the relevance of fibrewise closed and open topological space . Also fibrewise multi-locally sliceable and fibrewise multi-locally section able multi-topological space . Furthermore, we propose and prove a number of statements about these ideas. On the other hand, extend separation axioms of ordinary topology into fibrewise setting. The separation axioms are said to be fibrewise multi-T0. spaces, fibrewise multi-T1spaces, fibrewise multi-R0 spaces, fibrewise multi-Hausdorff spaces, fibrewise multi-functionally Hausdorff spaces, fibrewise multi-regular spaces, fibrewise multi-completely regular spaces, fibrewise multi-normal spaces and fibrewise multi-functionally normal spaces. Also we give many score regarding it.. Furthermore, and show the notions of fibrewise multi-compact, fibrewise locally multi-compact spaces, Moreover, we study relationships between fibrewise multi-compact(resp., locally multi-compac) space and some fibrewise multi-separation axioms. Finally, the concepts are studied fibrewise multi-perfect topological spaces, filter base, contact point, multi-rigid, fibrewise multi-weakly closed, E set, fibrewise almost multi-perfect, multi*-continuous fibrewise multi∗ -topological spaces respectively, multi-Te, locally QHC, In addition, we state and prove several propositions related to these concepts.
FLI1 is a member of ETS family of transcription factors that regulate a variety of normal biologic activities including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. The expression of FLI1 and its correlation with well-known breast cancer prognostic markers (ER, PR and HER2) was determined in primary breast tumors as well as four breast cancer lines including: MCF-7, T47D, MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 using RT-qPCR with either 18S rRNA or ACTB (β-actin) for normalization of data. Complexes reaction of Fe+2, Cd+2, Hg+2 and Ag+ with the 2-thiotolylurea were prepared in ethanolic medium with the (1:1) M:L ratio yielded a series of neutral complexes. The prepared complexes were characterized using flame atomic absorption, micoelemental analysis (C.H.N), chloride content (Mohr Method) , FT.IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic, as well as magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurement. From the above data, the proposed molecular structure for Fe+2, Cd+2 and Hg+2 complexes are tetrahedral geometry while Ag+ complex is trigonal structure.

This study was included the isolation of four strains from two species of lactic acid bacteria which as Lactococcus lactis subsp. diacetylactis; Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis; Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides and Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. cremoris, were isolated from locally fermented diary products. The isolated were identified by using morphological, cultural and biochemical tests. Their abilities to producing flavor compounds as each Diacetyl and Acetoin after cultured on MRS broth media and incubation at 30 °c for 24 hours.
