A low speed open circuit wind tunnel has been designed, manufactured and constructed at theMechanical Engineering Department at Baghdad University - College of Engineering. The work is one ofthe pioneer projects adapted by the R & D Office at the Iraqi MOHESR. The present paper describes thefirst part of the work; that is the design calculations, simulation and construction. It will be followed by asecond part that describes testing and calibration of the tunnel. The proposed wind tunnel has a testsection with cross sectional area of (0.7 x 0.7 m2) and length of (1.5 m). This Study Aimed to Recognize the Self-Efficacy Level Among Musically Talented Students the sample of this study consisted of (85) Musically smart students male and female students in Irbid governorate, of the analytical descriptive method ، and the Self-Efficacy scale were used, and the results indicated the following:
-The Self-Efficacy level among Musically smart students was high.
-There are no statistically significant differences (α ≥ 0.05)due to the impact of gender in a the total degree .

The optical transmission and UV-VIS absorption spectra have been recorded in the wavelength range (200-1100m) for different composition of polyaniline and polyvinyl Alcohol(PVA ) blends thin films. Polyaniline was prepared in acidic medium to enhancement the solubility and processibility, The optical energy gap (Eopt) refractive index and optical dielectric constant real and imaginary part have been evaluated. The effects of doping percentage of prepared polyaniline on these parameters was discussed and the non –linear behavior for all these parameters was investigated.
