The study was conducted in the poultry field of the Department of Animal Production/ College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences/ University of Baghdad/ Abu Ghraib, for the period from 28/04/2022 to 08/06/2022 to demonstrate the effect of adding a mixture of Lion’s mane Hericium erinaceus and Reishi Mushroom Ganoderma lucidum to broiler's diets on productive performance, 120 one day old Ross 308 breed broiler chicks were used in the experiment, with (10 birds / replicate) with an average starting weight of 49.95 g. Thirty one  samples of gum swabs were collected from patients with tooth caries (5-30 years old)  from the College of Science (Biology department )- University of Baghdad- Iraq for the period from October 2018 to December 2018. , The samples were transported, after inoculation in a transport media (nutrient broth), to the laboratory of the College of Science and then cultured on mannitol salt agar and  blood agar). Al-Yusifia river was assessed at three sampling stations with study period from Autumn 2010 to the end of Summer 2011. The present investigation was carried out on diversity of fungi and bacteria from Al-Yusifia river, Baghdad city. During the study, a total of 12 fungal genus and 6 bacterial genus were isolated during the year seasons. The dominant fungus at the three stations were Penicillium sp., then Rhizopus and Trichophyton   megninii while the dominant bacteria was Escherichia coli and Klebsiella sp.
