الملخص ان حق الملكية هو الحق الاوسع نطاقا يمنح صاحبه صلاحية ممارسة السلطات كافة ويكون محل هذه السلطات كل ما يملك الشخص سواء كان شقه او طبقة اسوة بالعقارات الاخرى كدار للسكن او ارض ، ومن اهم هذه السلطات واوسعها نطاقا ( هو سلطة التصرف ). تعد هذه السلطة جوهر حق الملكية وأخطر السلطات الممنوحة للمالك كونه بواسطتها يمكنه الاستغناء عن ملكه بأي تصرف ناقل له كالبيع أو الهبة او الوصية مثلا ، ولأهمية هذه السلطة وخطورتها وفرت التشريعات القانونية اقصى درجات الحماية لها ، و تمنح سلطة التصرف لكل مالك عقار أيا كان نوعه ارضاً ، داراً سكنية ، عمارة ، شقة او طبقة داخل عمارة . Summary: The right of ownership is the broadest right that gives its owner the authority to exercise all powers, and the place of these powers is everything that a person owns, whether it is an apartment or a floor, similar to other real estate, such as a house for housing or land, and one of the most important and broadest of these powers, is the power of disposal. This authority is the essence of the right of ownership and the most dangerous powers granted to the owner, because by it he can dispense with his ownership by any act that transfers it to it, such as a sale, gift or will, for example. This study aims to identify the role of satellite channels in imparting behavior to children from the point of view of their parents in Tulkarm city. The researcher used a descriptive technique. A sample of (18000) males and females married couples was used above 20 years old in the city of Tulkarm. The study sample size is (201) married couples. It took place in September 2020. Seasonal variations of the species composition and abundance of Cladocera were studied in two stations at the end of the Tigris River and one station at the confluence of the Tigris with Euphrates area, at the beginning of the Shatt Al-Arab River in Al-Qurnah North of Basrah Province, from October 2015 to August 2016. Samples of zooplankton were collected by plankton net 100-µm. mesh size. The population density of Cladocera ranged between 1 Ind /m³ during summer and 211 Ind./m³ during winter at station 1 (Al-Jewaber Bridge).
