The aim of the present work is to develop a new class of natural fillers based polymer composites with sawdust (S.D) which used two particle sizes (1.2 μm & 2.3 μm) and different weight percentage from sawdust (10%, 15%, and 20%). The mechanical properties studied include hardness (shore D) for all samples at normal conditions (N.C). The unsaturated polyester (UPE) and its composites samples were immersed in water for  30 days to find the effect of particle size of sawdust (S.D) on the weight gain (Mt %) by water for all the samples, also to find the effect of water on their hardness. The present paper deals with experimental investigation of the performance of air cooled split air conditioner, with evaporative water mist pre cooling to increase the cooling capacity and reduce the consumption power under hot and dry climate. This investigation considers how the performance can be enhanced by using water mist to pre-cool ambient air entering the condensers by adiabatic cooling process which depends on the ambient air wet bulb temperature; as well the condensing temperature and condensing pressure will be decreased accordingly.          Many trials were made to prepare Tinidazole 2% as bioadhesive vaginal gels using different gel bases including hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (3 and 4% w/w), methylcellulose (3 and 4%w/w) and    carboxymethylcellulose (2 and 3% w/w) .Swelling index of the polymers,pH , viscosity , bioadhesive force , and in-vitro drug release to the simulating vaginal fluid (S.V.F.) were investigated for all the prepared bioadhesive gels . The mechanism of drug release from the gel bases was also investigated.
