In this work, the adsorption of crystal violet dye from aqueous solution on charcoal and rice husk has been investigated, where the impact of variable factors (contact time; the dosage of adsorbent, pH, temperature, and ionic strength) have been studied. It has been found that charcoal and rice husk have an appropriate adsorption limit with regards to the expulsion of crystal violet dye from fluid arrangements. The current research was conducted to report the synthesis of alumina powder from Iraqi kaolin. The kaolin was transformed to metakaolin by calcinations at temperature 800 °C for three hours. Then the calcined kaolin was treated with (1.5 M) from H2SO4 for 6 hours to form Al2(SO4)3.12H2O solution. The precipitate was dried at 80oC for 10 hours and calcinations at different temperatures for two hours. We report about multilayer (TiO2)1-x(WO3)x thin films with various tungsten oxide concentration deposited on glass substrate via pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique method. The structural, optical and dielectric properties of the prepared thin films were characterized using x-ray diffraction method (XRD) and UV-Visible absorption spectrometry and LRC meter.
