المستخلص يهدف البحث إلى تحديد دور ألإدارة الخضراء للموارد البشرية بأبعاده المتمثلة في (التوظيف ألأخضر, التدريب والتطوير ألأخضر, تقييم ألإداء ألأخضر , التعويضات والمكافئات الخضراء) في ألإداء الريادي للمنظمة بأبعاده المتمثلة في ( التخطيط المسبق, الكفاءة, الفاعلية, المؤشر الريادي, التجديد والتحديث ) .  لذا يحتل البحث أهمية بالغة لكونه يعالج مسألة مهمة وحديثة في ألإداء الريادي, ألا وهي ألإدارة الخضراء

Competitive swimming is a highly researched area and technological developments have aided advances in the understanding of the biomechanical principles that underpin these elements and govern propulsion. The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship  and organizational flexibility). Through the statistical analysis is, the research hers have sought to identify the relation among them. The study has been applied on a sample of (44) private banks in Iraq. A questionnaire, which has been designed according to a number of international standards, has been used. It's made of (29) items that cover the three variables to test their hypotheses. A number of statistical tools have been used A number of conclusion have been reached and recommendations have also been suggested.

Abstract

This study dealt with " The Strategic analysis of Operating Income". The study Concerned with two main variables, they are: Strategic analysis and operating income and used one of the total  strategic analysis tools, it is "resources analysis method" through analysing the change in operating income in the years that taken in comparing in three components: growth, price recovery and productivity.

To achieve the goal of the research, the study depended upon a hypothesis, "The strategic analysis of operating income leads to supply the appropriate information for the management to make sure of executing its definite strategies".
