In this thesis, we introduced some kinds of fibrewise topological spaces by using totally continuous function is called fibrewise totally topological spaces. We generalize some fundamental results from fibrewise topology into fibrewise totally topological spaces. We also introduce the concepts of fibrewise totally separation axioms, fibrewise totally compact and locally totally compact topological spaces. As well as fibrewise totally perfect topological spaces. We explain and discuss new notion of fibrewise topological spaces, namely fibrewise totally topological spaces. We, also introduce the concepts of fibrewise totally closed topological spaces, fibrewise totally open topological spaces, fibrewise locally sliceable and locally sectionable totally topological spaces. One the other hand, we studied fibrewise totally forms of the more essential separation axioms of ordinary topology namely fibrewise totally T_0 spaces, fibrewise totally T_1 spaces, fibrewise totally R_0 spaces, fibrewise totally Hausdorff spaces, fibrewise totally functionally Hausdorff spaces, fibrewise totally regular spaces, fibrewise totally completely regular spaces, fibrewise totally normal spaces and fibrewise totally functionally normal spaces. Too we add numerous outcomes about it. As well as, we introduced a notion fibrewise totally compact and fibrewise locally totally compact topological spaces. Finally, we introduced a notion fibrewise totally perfect topological spaces, fibrewise weakly totally closed topological spaces, fibrewise totally rigidlly sets, fibrewise totally almost perfect topological spaces and fibrewise T^*topological spaces. We study several theorm and characterizations converning these concepts.

The free Schiff base ligand (HL1) is prepared by being mixed with the co-ligand 1, 10-phenanthroline (L2). The product then is reacted with metal ions: (Cr+3, Fe+3, Co+2, Ni+2, Cu+2 and Cd+2) to get new metal ion complexes. The ligand is prepared and its metal ion complexes are characterized by physic-chemical spectroscopic techniques such as: FT-IR, UV-Vis, spectra, mass spectrometer, molar conductivity, magnetic moment, metal content, chloride content and microanalysis (C.H.N) techniques. The experiment was conducted to study the effect of leaves extract of Salvia sclarea , Rosmarinus officinalis and Thymus vulgaris with 10% and 30% concentration on germination of seeds and growth of seedlings . The effect of these extracts on infection percentage of seeds decay and surface growth of Rhizoctonia solani . The results showed that the three extracts effected significantly to reduced percentage of seeds germination, acceleration of germination , promoter indicator , infection percentage of seeds decay and surface growth of R. solani especially in 30% concentration .
Disease responses of eight wheat cultivars , Saber Beg. , Abu-Ghraib 3, Mexipak , Tamoz 2,Tamoz 3 , IPA 95 ,IPA 99 and Tahadi which were grown in four different sowing date , 25 th October , 19th September , 14th December and 8 January , to leaf rust disease caused by Puccinia recondita were investigated under natural infection conditions at the experimental farm , College of Agriculture , Abu-Ghraib, during the growing season of 1997-1998.Results of this study revealed that IPA 95, IPA 99 and Tahadi showed moderate resistant reaction, while Tamuz 3 was moderateley susceptable . This study included an analysis of three stations (Al Dora, Al Za'franiya, and Arab Ejbur) chosen to study the Physiochemical and microorganism (Fungi and Bacteria) loud of the Tigris River in the southern section of Baghdad city.
