The MTS-88. c trainer is a training system targeting students in the microprocessors course. It has a built in single-line assembler allowing the users to enter programs in assembly. It has the problem that long programs cannot be traced and tested efficiently. A simple error may cause all the code to be erased and the system to stop responding. Also, this system lacks the ability to be connected to the PC. The aim of this work is to modify the system to make it possible to be connected to the PC through the parallel port. This gives the capability to download long programs to the system after being developed in the PC. This paper presents a comparison between the electroencephalogram (EEG) channels during scoliosis correction surgeries. Surgeons use many hand tools and electronic devices that directly affect the EEG channels. These noises do not affect the EEG channels uniformly. This research provides a complete system to find the least affected channel by the noise. Toxoplasmosis is an infection caused by Toxoplasma gondii that leads to abortion or hydrocephalus during pregnancy.One hundered and twenty two aborted women were selected for this study. Serum samples were collected form Al-Kadhmia and Kamal Al-Samari Hospitals,and laboratories around Baghdad, and tested for specific IgG and IgM anti-toxoplasma antibodies to confirm toxoplasmosis in those women by using ELISA test.The result recorded that 51(41.8%) women had antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii, 25(59.5%) women were positive for IgG, and 17(40.5%) women were positive forIgM, while 9(17.6%)women were positive for both.
