     كان الشيخ محمد عبده مصلحاً دينياً ومصلحاً اجتماعياً وكان له الاثر كبير في الاصلاح لانه لم يكن يدعو الى الاصلاح نظرياً عن طريق  التأليف او الخطب والمقالات فقط كما يفعل بعض المصلحين، بل كان يحاول دائماً ان يحول اصلاحه الى عمل ، ينغمس في الحياة الواقعية ليتمكن من تنفيذ برامجه الاصلاحية .

    كما انه لم يترك شيئاً من جوانب

مبدأ الفصل بين السلطات يعني توزيع وظائف الدولة الثلاث على هيئات متعددة بحيث تباشر السلطة التشريعية أمور التشريع وتباشر السلطة التنفيذية تنفيذ القوانين أما السلطة القضائية فمهمتها تطبيق القوانين ويقتضي الواقع العملي إلى جانب هذا المبدأ، وجود حالة من التعاون بين هذه السلطات فضلاً عن الرقابة ومن أبرز صور هذا التعاون مشاركة السلطة التنفيذية في عملية التشريع سواء

Despite scholars’ attention on the typology of modality as a linguistic phenomenon, yet the use of modality across varieties of English is not well visible in communication-based researches that take semantics, pragmatics and discourse issues as the objects for their investigation. The paper generates its data from six M. A. dissertations from Nigerian University and equal number of the M. A. dissertations from Iraqi University to qualitatively and quantitatively investigate the contextual use of modality within the pragmatic perspective. The current research aims to identify the problems and needs for both college of political science and college of engineering’s students. The sample was (100) male and female student. The results showed bunch of problems which could be organized descendingly, the scientific domain ranged between (2 - 2.42), the mean of the psychological domain was (2.85), the moral domain ranged between (2.2 – 2.28)m the problems of study earned (2.30), the material domain got (1.95), the medical and social domain obtained (1.925), and finally, the family domain received (1.887).
