The research intent evaluates the performance of material technical department / Technical College -Baghdad.

The study depend on the descriptive analytical approach to determine and treating the variables to get data and information that related to study, the researchers depended on questionnaire designed for this purpose and contains eight main dimensions that’s are scientific reference , academy course, staff member , administrative system, physical facilities , student ,scientific research, graduate service , in addition each dimension  involved (5) items contacted with mean dimensions, which translate aspects of  performance evaluation, the questionnaire applied on two samples staff member

The topics that I wrote about Anbar took care with one side, because most of what was mentioned specializes with the special geographical nature of the region and its elements, neglected many social, urban and religious aspects, for a fundamental reason that the researcher sees, which is that Anbar did not occupy a metropolis.The Abbasid Caliphate was for a very limited period of time and did not have a great historical dimension. This is what the researcher believed, because Anbar did not have a sufficient period of time to be the capital of the Caliphate for a long time, and the accompanying construction, and its situation is similar to cities and villages that were built according to the desire of their owners.

The aim of this paper is to construct cyclic subgroups of the projective general linear group over  from the companion matrix, and then form caps of various degrees in . The aim of the research is to clarify the importance of documentary credits in foreign trade and especially their impact on the balance by limiting imports we highlighted the reality of documentary credits in Iraq and the accompanying changes and developments highlighted the indicators of foreign trade and finding solutions for harmonizing the fund Documentary and trade balance in order to achieve long term economic development.

The local banks are urged to restore the documentary credit system despite the backwardness and primitive methods used. The documentary credits have increased especially in the last years of the study period.

This study aimed to study the inhibition activity of purified bacteriocin produced from the local isolation Lactococcuslactis ssp. lactis against pathogenic bacteria species isolated from clinical samples in some hospitals Baghdad city. Screening of L. lactis ssp. Lactis and isolated from the intestines fish and raw milk was performed in well diffusion method.
