إن عمليات نقل وزرع الأعضاء البشرية هي نوع من أنواع الأعمال الطبية، ولذلك فهي تخضع بصفة عامة لذات القواعد التي تحكم الأعمال الطبية، وقد نظمها المشرع عن طريق وضع الضوابط أو الشروط التي تكفل لتلك الممارسات عدم الخروج عن إطارها القانوني المحدد لها بالشكل الذي يضمن المحافظة على الجسم الإنسان واحترام كرامته.  وقد أكد المشرع العراقي في قانون عمليات زرع الأعضاء البشرية ومنع الاتجار بها رقم (11) لسنة 2016 على حظر

  ملخّص البحث     

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بنوع من أنواع لطائف الإسناد، وهو الحديث المسلسل بالرواة الشاميين في صحيح البخاري. وأقوال العلماء فيه، ومدى موافقة أقوالهم مع شروط الحديث المسلسل بالرواة. وأهم ما جاء فيه :

1. جرى اختيار الرواة الشاميين في صحيح البخاري ، وقد بلغ عدد الأحاديث اثني عشر حديثاً .
2. عني شراح حديث صحيح البخاري بذكر لطائف الإسناد ، ولاسيما ابن

اجريت عملية غربلة اولية على عدد من الخمائر المعزولة من مصادر مختلفة من حيث قدرتها على انتاج انزيم الانفرتيز فتبين ان خمس عزلات منها تعود الى جنس  Candida  تميزت بقابليتها على انتاج الانزبم ،  ووجد العزلة التي رمز لها C5  كانت أكفا تلك العزلات  . درست الظروف المثلى لإنتاج الإنزيم وبطريقة المزارع المغمورة  من هذه العزلة  . تبين أن أعلى انتاجية تحققت باستخدام الرافينوز كصدر للكاربون وبتركيز 3% و مزيج خلاصة الخمير

The current research seeks to Analyze third intermediate chemistry book following sustainable development standards for academic year (2016-2017). To do this, a list of sustainable development standards that should be included in chemistry book was designed based on the previous studies. The first version of the list consisted of (50) sub-case divided into three standards (social, economic, and environmental) which was exposed to group of experts in teaching chemistry and teaching methods. The list has modified to (43) sub-case. The researcher followed the implicit and explicit meaning in his analysis: one for recording and repetition and the other for frequency.  This project introduces a prospective material for photonic laser applications. The material is olive oil which is classified as organic compound, having a good nonlinear optical properties candidate to be used in photonic applications. A high purity sample of olive oil has been used. The theoretical calculation to generate third harmonic wave using olive oil has been determine using MATLAB program. THG (λ=355nm) intensity has been determined at two cases of sample thicknesses 1mm and 10mm.
