Comprehensive automobile insurance is considered as an important insurance which is managing by National Insurance Company due to the continuous accidents the company is endeavoring to this market not for trading motives only but also to increase the insurance awareness of people and insurance benefit for other insurance portfolios .On this basis the researcher had chosen her subject ( obstacles in marketing comprehensive automobile Insurance policy ) the company faces several obstacles and limitations in marketing the policies of this portfolio due to certain factors and influences beyond the mainly connected with the reduction of marketing programmes of the company . the aim of this study is to shade the light upon the internal factors

    The company faces several obstacles and limitations in marketing the policies of this portfolio due to certain factors and influences beyond the control of the company and others internal mainly connected with the reduction of the marketing programmes of the company .

    The target of this study is  to focus the light  upon the interal factors which can be gorerned by the company,confronted and solved.

The current researsh is aimed to pay attention on concept of human resources hard (Difficult) to manage. Such style of human resourcses has emerged to form anew challenge for busniess organizations.

Management such human resources entails first determing incentives of their behaviour models. Analyzing these models will be important to strategical management of them from work.

In nutshell, this researsh try to recommendation of contemporary literature about future of difficult (hard) human resources management.

 The aim of the current research was to evaluate the content of the computer textbook for second grade intermediate in Iraq in accordance with the technological literacy and submitting developmental suggestions, the researchers adopted the descriptive and analytical approach. The purpose of this research is to design a list of the scientific and moral values that should be found in the content of the computer textbook for the second intermediate grade, as well as to analyze the content of the above- mentioned book by answering the following question:

 What is the percentage of availability of scientific and moral values in the content of the computer textbook for Second Intermediate grade issued by the Iraqi Ministry of Education / the general directorate of the curriculum, for the academic year (2017-2018)? 

In order to achieve the research objectives, the descriptive method (content analysis method) was adopted. The research community has been iden
