The caliphs of Tukalti Able III (Tiglath-pileser) sustained their extension and enclosure strategy whom they were highly talented with outstanding potentialities. They performed their political plan of extinguishingthe ambitions of the upper class and the internal uprisings. The Assyrian Kingdom, in the eighth century BC reached to the highest degree of expansion that no other ancient Iraqi kingdom had reached It dominated the whole near eastbut it did not have absolute command due to the subsequent uprisings that out bursted in the regions attached to the kingdom near the borders.
Synthesis of a new class of Schiff-base ligand with a tetrazole moiety to form polymeric metal complexes with CoII, NiII, ZnII, and CdII ions has been demonstrated. The ligand was synthesised by a multi-steps by treating 5-amino-2-chlorobenzonitrile and cyclohexane -1,3-dione, the 5,5'-(((1E,3E)-cyclohexane-1,3-diylidene)bis(azanylylidene))bis(2-chlorobenzonitrile) was obtained. The precursor (M) was prepared from the reaction 5,5'-(((1E,3E)-cyclohexane-1,3-diylidene)bis(azanylylidene))bis(2-chlorobenzonitrile) with NaN3 to obtained (1E,3E)-N1,N3-bis(4-chloro-3-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)phenyl)cyclohexane-1,3-diimine (N). By reacting the precursor (M) with CS2

Show MoreIn this work, an explicit formula for a class of Bi-Bazilevic univalent functions involving differential operator is given, as well as the determination of upper bounds for the general Taylor-Maclaurin coefficient of a functions belong to this class, are established Faber polynomials are used as a coordinated system to study the geometry of the manifold of coefficients for these functions. Also determining bounds for the first two coefficients of such functions.
In certain cases, our initial estimates improve some of the coefficient bounds and link them to earlier thoughtful results that are published earlier.
Live the present companies in a competitive business environment going on and try to achieve excellence in their industry through the marketing of their products and achieve greater market share as possible to ensure its continued existence, and perhaps the concept of time production, which confirms, in essence, on the need to reduce inventory to a minimum in the production process as well as the concept of the marketing information system which asserts, in essence, to document all the events that are related to the marketing of the product provided by the production process, together constitute the subject deserves research and investigation as they have raised well-known in the fields of production management and marketing management.

So that, banks in large choose to base the profitability measures adjusted for risks; that is we introduced this research. The most important reason led us to do this is the restriction to use the modern statistical methods by trade bank in Arab countries equally with world banks which were the antecedent to base those models. Therefore, the research problem is embedded in the banks need to use measures that link between profitability and risks and this is what achieved by RARC

Show MoreGrowing interest in the subject of corporate governance after the repercussions of financial collapses of some of the leaders of American companies and European, and the consequent crisis of confidence in global financial lists of companies due to weak accounting disclosure and transparency, was quick from many countries and international organizations to adopt the concept in an attempt to improve the situation of companies and promote transparency and prevent further financial crises in the future. Based on this background, the present study aims to shed light on the concept of exercising the powers of governance that has become invitations for adoption in Iraq of great importance, given the increasing role of corporations both restrict
... Show MoreThe research has focused on accounting for marketing risks faced by banks because they are exposed to a high level of risk as a result of their great utilization of financial instruments, which may make them liable to insolvency or bankruptcy and collapse, and accordingly to major economic crises. Therefore, banks are required to manage (reduce) risks so as to prevent them. As Iraqi banks don't manage these risks according to modern methodology of using derivatives, as well as lack of both the standard accounting system for banks and the Iraqi accounting criterion (standard) No. 10 to an obvious methodology for these risks identification, classification, hedging and disclosure, the researchers was prompted to concentrate
... Show MoreThe research aims to shed light on banking liberalization and explain its impact on attracting customers, especially since Iraq adopted this policy after (2003) due to the changes that occurred, as the Central Bank of Iraq granted flexibility to banks in setting the interest rate on deposits and loans as well as allowing the entry of foreign banks in the local environment. The research relied on the analytical method for the dimensions of banking liberalization represented by (liberating interest rates, liberating credit, legal reserve requirements, entering foreign banks, privatization) as well as the factors affecting the attraction of customers, and a number of Iraqi banks listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange were selected as a
... Show MorePollutants generation is strongly dependant on the firing temperature and reaction rates of the gaseous reactants in the gas turbine combustion chamber. An experimental study is conducted on a two-shaft T200D micro-gas turbine engine in order to evaluate the impact of injecting ethanol directly into the compressor inlet air on the exhaust emissions. The study is carried out in constant speed and constant load engine tests. Generally, the results showed that when ethanol was added in a concentration of 20% by volume of fuel flow; NOx emission was reduced by the half, while CO and UHC emissions were almost doubled with respect to their levels when burning conventional LPG fuel alone.
